Jeremy was appointed Executive Director, M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions in 2016 with responsibility for all plant, fleet and associated services across all group businesses. Having worked for Morrison Utility Services for over 20 years, and with over 35 years’ experience in the Plant and Fleet Industry, Jeremy’s previous role was as Executive Director of Morrison Plant & Fleet Services. Jeremy is a Member of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers and the Society of Operations Engineers.
Adrian joined the business in 2014 and was appointed Plant Director in 2017 with responsibility for all Plant and Equipment related services across all group businesses. Adrian has 19 years’ experience in the Rental business both with plc and private equity, including Regional Director at Ashtead Group plc (A Plant) from 2011 to 2013 and GE Capital for 10 years. Adrian has a BA Honours in Economics from Manchester University.
Mark joined the company in October 2001 as a Ganger man working on Morrison Construction. Mark went on to progress to a Supervisor and then a Health & Safety Advisor. Mark then joined Morrison Utilities as a Safety Advisor; he then joined Morrison Plant & Fleet Services as a SHEQ Manager. When in the role of Safety Advisor, Mark obtained his NEBOSH General Certificate. Between the role of Safety Advisor and SHEQ Manager, Mark obtained his Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
Paul joined Plant & Fleet Solutions in 2015. He is a Chartered accountant having qualified with Deloitte & Touche in 1993. He has headed up commercial and finance teams across a variety of business sectors at companies including The Burton Group, SIG plc, Redhall plc, Connaught plc and Leeds United Ltd.
Commencing employment with Morrison Utility Services in November 2014, Andy works within M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions across both Castleford & Stevenage. Currently working on various IT projects within Plant & Fleet, Andy is involved with IT system upgrades & implementations, including the introduction of a new Mobile Working Solution & Transport Booking system within InspHire v43. With a background of mapping, managing & improving business processes, along with managing various generic / bespoke systems (within both Facility & Asset management sectors), Andy has worked on a wide range of projects in his career, both in the UK and abroad.
Darren joined the business in April 2018 as a Procurement Manager. He has 25 year's experience working in Procurement, having worked as Procurement Manager across a range of business sectors including Utilities, Construction and Facilities Management for companies such as Balfour Beatty, Carillion, Morgan Sindall, & Amey, Responsible for the Procurement across the business as well as managing the vehicle disposal program.
Ashley joined the business in 2015 and is responsible for all Analytics and Data Projects across Plant & Fleet Solutions. Specialising in wide a range of business intelligence software, including the implementation, administration and usage of tools such as Tableau and Excel, with the aim of improving business performance through insightful MI, bespoke reporting solutions and KPI Dashboards. Ashley has a BA Honours in Mathematics from Manchester University.
Angela joined the business in August 2000 as a Hire Controller, and has progressed to Area Plant Manager.
Angela joined us from a Contracts Manager’s role in Manufacturing. She has 30 years Plant Hire experience and previously worked for Vibroplant (VP) Sheriff Plant Hire (part of SOL Construction) and APlant; as Depot Manager, responsible for the hiring of plant and Accommodation, including Event Management for Music concerts, etc.
Angela holds a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in National Road Haulage Operations.
Andrew joined the business in August 2018 and was appointed Accommodation and Welfare Controller. Andrew has previously been contracted to M Group Services for over 15 years, therefore he has vast experience with site initialisation, project management and all aspects of accommodation. Andrew’s current responsibilities are introducing “Groundhogs” into the fleet. Developing contracts and being instrumental in exploring opportunities for new Plant & Fleet clients, enabling the business to expand. Andrew’s team aim to deliver sustainable and high performance within Accommodation and Welfare.
Georgia joined the business at the beginning of 2018 as a Project Support Coordinator. Georgia has been in charge of all the social media channels for the business, along with helping coordinate important projects. Georgia has a BA Honours in Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
Craig has 42 years of experience within the Utility industries Plant and Fleet departments, 7.5 years of which are with M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions. He is a member of The Society of Operational Engineers and the Institute of Road Transport Engineers. Craig also holds a Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage as required for Transport Managers for the Heavy Goods Vehicle Operators Licence.
Adam joined M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions as Fleet Hire Manager in September 2018 having previously worked for a number of the UK's leading commercial vehicle rental companies. Adam is responsible for the hiring of the commercial fleet of vehicles across all sectors within M Group Services. Adam has over 12 year’s experience within the Commercial Rental environment to manage his team, making sure Plant & Fleet solutions provide the very best service to our contracts across the UK.
Martin Rusher has overall responsibility for all Service, Maintenance and Compliance activity’s, across M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions, and the on-going management of compliance the MPSPFS re-hire supply chain. Martin has 30 years’ experience in the Plant and fleet Rental market.
Peter joined Plant and Fleet Solutions in June 2001 in the position of Service Manager. He has undertaken different roles in the 18 years he has been with the business before taking on his current role of Compliance and Service Centre Manager in 2015. He has extensive experience in the Plant and Fleet sectors having held managerial positions for national businesses in various roles which encompassed hire, service and operational activities.
Paul joined M Group Plant and Fleet Solutions in October 2018 in the position of `Service Manager South UK`. He is responsible for the all services and compliance service events for Workshops, Plant & Vehicles in the South UK. Having previously worked for large European market leading companies, Paul brings to M Group Services many years of experience in Operations, services delivery & after sales including manufacturing OEM equipment, plant and fleet contract hire and is a holder of a National Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in road transport. Paul is a member of the institute of Road Transport Engineers & The Society of Operations Engineers.
